WASHINGTON, July 6 (UPI) -- A group of U.S. immigration lawyers announced a class-action lawsuit against the federal government for refusing thousands of highly skilled workers.

MOSUL, Iraq, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- An attempt by Iraqi insurgents to overrun a U.S. combat post in Mosul resulted in the deaths of one U.S. soldier and 25 extremists, the New York Times said Thursday.

MOSUL, Iraq, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Two helicopters collided at an airfield in Mosul, Iraq, Thursday, killing two U.S. soldiers and slightly injuring four others, the military said. A UH-60 Blackhawk was on the ground when an AH-64 Apache attack helicopter collided with it, officials said.
