Steel company files for bankruptcy protection
YNG2000122903 - 29 DECEMBER 2000 - YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO, USA: Patrick Gallagher, a spokesman for the United Steel Workers of America AFL-CIO, said his organization is concerned about LTV Corp's trouble because 11,000 of it's members work for LTV nationwide.
