'Dignity' ship arrives from Cyprus in Gaza

Irish Nobel peace laureate Mairead Maguire (3rd R) stands with Jamal Al-Khodari (C), head of 'The Palestinian Popular Committee to Face the Siege', next to the boat 'Dignity' after they arrived with other International activists in Gaza on October 29, 2008. Some 27 international activists sailed from Larnaca in Cyprus yesterday with medical supplies in an attempt to break the Israeli blockade over Gaza, arriving today. They are scheduled to remain in Gaza for four days in an attempt to bring attention to Israel's blockade of the Hamas-controlled territory. Although Israel said it would block the boat, navy ships did not interfere. (UPI Photo/Ismael Mohamad)
