Niklas Hagman (born December 5, 1979) is a Finnish professional ice hockey forward currently playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL).

Hagman was drafted by the Florida Panthers in the 3rd round, 70th overall in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. After 3 seasons in his native Finland, Hagman joined the main Florida roster in the 2001–02 NHL season where he would play for three consecutive seasons. Hagman's father, Matti, was the first Finnish player to play in the NHL, and accordingly they are the first Finnish father and son to have played in the league. During the 2004–05 NHL lockout, Hagman played for Swiss outfit HC Davos. After previously clearing waivers, he was traded to the Dallas Stars in return for a 7th round draft pick. Hagman won a silver medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy with team Finland.

Hagman recorded his first career NHL hat-trick on February 28, 2008 in a 7-4 victory against the Chicago Blackhawks.
