WASHINGTON, July 7 (UPI) -- Israel’s new ambassador in Washington is as much an American as he is Israeli. He is both. His challenge is to keep the “dawks” -- neither hawk nor dove -- of the Obama administration and Israel’s coalition of hawks singing from the same hymnal on both the Palestinian and Iranian crises. So far, the geopolitical aviary is emitting only discordant notes.
