Mary Jo Catlett (born September 2, 1938) is an American actress.

Catlett was born in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Cornelia M. (née Callaghan) and Robert J. Catlett. Catlett is probably best known for her role as the housekeeper Pearl Gallagher on Diff'rent Strokes. Before "Diff'rent Strokes" she was best known for a commercial for Raid insecticide. She also appeared in General Hospital and in several episodes of M*A*S*H. She currently provides the voice for "Mrs. Puff" in the SpongeBob SquarePants TV series and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. She also appeared numerous times as "Mrs. Applebaum" in the popular show That's So Raven. She did a voice for a small gift shop owner in the episode "American Dream Factory" of the Seth MacFarlane comedy show American Dad.

She made a rare feature film appearance in Serial Mom, where she played Rosemary, one of the very few people to cross the homicidal title character (played by Kathleen Turner) and live (the offense: Rosemary doesn't recycle). She also briefly appeared recently in The Benchwarmers. She was in Beethoven's 5th as well.
