Iraqis to replace U.S. security in Baghdad
BAGHDAD, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- U.S.-led occupation force plans to turn over control of central Baghdad soon to Iraqi control, the Los Angeles Times reported Monday. As Iraqis take over managing the heart of this war-stricken city U.S. forces will move to the capital's perimeter.
