Luis Manuel Pérez (born January 20, 1985 in Guayubín, Dominican Republic) is a minor league baseball pitcher in the Toronto Blue Jays system.

In 2006, his first year at Single A, Pérez went 4–0 with a 1.38 ERA. He has not pitched in the major leagues, but during his tenure in the minors he has a 12–15 record with a 2.99 ERA in his first 3 seasons (2006–2008).
