Two-time Hall of Fame inductee Bill Sharman dies

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Bill Sharman, who was voted one of the NBA's 50 Greatest Players of All Time and a two-time Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, died Friday at the age of 87.

NBA: Minnesota 107, Detroit 101

MINNEAPOLIS, April 6 (UPI) -- Luke Ridnour led a clutch effort from the foul line Saturday that gave Minnesota a 107-101 win over Detroit -- the 1,000th in the career of Coach Rick Adelman.
