General Larry Rudell Ellis (1946- ) was Commander, United States Army Forces Command from November 19, 2001 until 2004, following his assignment as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, Department of the Army.
During his career, Ellis had assignments in the United States, Vietnam, Germany, the Republic of Korea, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
