Kodi Burns (born December 24, 1988) is an American football quarterback for the Auburn University Tigers football team. He was a key contributor for the Tigers in 2007. Kodi was currently named the starting quarterback for Auburn after Texas Tech transfer Chris Todd failed to live up to expectations. Burns scored two touchdowns in the 2007 Chick-fil-A Bowl to help lift Auburn to a 23-20 overtime victory over Clemson.

As a high school senior in 2006, Burns accounted for 2,738 yards 36 touchdowns, rushing and passing. He was named All-State by the Arkansas Activities Association and was ranked as the nation's #8 "Dual-Threat" quarterback by Rivals.com.
