Karri Rämö (born July 1, 1986 in Asikkala, Finland) is a Finnish professional ice hockey goaltender with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League.

Rämö was drafted by Tampa Bay as their sixth-round pick, #191 overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. A product of HeKi of Heinola, Finland, Rämö made his SM-liiga debut in the 2003-04 season with Pelicans after the team had lost their chance at the playoffs. In the next season he played 26 games with Pelicans, earning a contract with HPK for 2005-06. Rämö shared goaltending duties with Miika Wiikman, putting up excellent stats and winning the SM-liiga championship. Rämö also represented Team Finland at the 2006 Under-20's World Championships as Tuukka Rask's backup.

After HPK's championship win, the Lightning signed Rämö to a two-way contract. Playing with the Norfolk Admirals, he soon made his NHL debut on December 2 against the Ottawa Senators, replacing Johan Holmqvist. On December 19th, Rämö was once again called up by the Lightning. On December 20th, Rämö won his first NHL start versus the Toronto Maple Leafs, 2–1. He went on to record 7 wins with 11 losses in the 2007-08 NHL Season.
