Karin Knapp (born 28 June 1987 in Bruneck, Italy) is an Italian female tennis player. She was ranked World No. 35 on 25 February 2008.

At the 2007 French Open, her first ever Grand Slam tournament, she reached the third round in the singles event, beating 22nd-seeded Alona Bondarenko. In the third round, she lost to 14th-seeded Patty Schnyder of Switzerland 4–6, 6–1, 7–5.
