Joseph (Joe) Pierre Courtney (born October 17 1969 in Jackson, Mississippi) is an American former professional basketball player in the NBA.

He attended both the University of Southern Mississippi and Mississippi State University. He played in the NBA for seven different teams, and has also played professionally in Slovenia.
