Jim West (born 12 April 1966) is a former Australian rules footballer.

Recruited from the Glenelg Football Club in the SANFL, West played from 1990 until 1992, with the 190cm forward never really establishing himself in the lineup, only managing 37 games (and kicking 54 goals).

The highlight of his career came in his debut season of 1990, when he topped the Sydney Swans' goalkicking with only 34 goals. This was an unsuccessful season for the Swans, where they finished second last and struggled to kick goals all year.
