LONDON, Nov. 1 (UPI) -- British actors Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, who co-starred in the "X-Men" films, are to share a stage in a London production of "Waiting for Godot."

LOS ANGELES, July 14 (UPI) -- PBS chief Paula Kerger told reporters in Los Angeles that she doesn't know yet if Ian McKellen's nude scene will appear in a PBS taping of his play "King Lear."

McKellen to return as Gandalf in 'Hobbit'

LONDON, April 30 (UPI) -- British actor Ian McKellen said he will reprise his "Lord of the Rings" role of Gandalf the wizard in two upcoming big-screen adaptations of "The Hobbit."
