Gregory ("Greg") Foster (born August 4, 1958) was an American hurdling athlete. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. As well as his international titles, Foster won 11 national titles and broke the indoor world record twice.

Foster was suspended from athletics for almost 6 months in 1990 after testing positive for pseudo ephedrine, ephedrine and phenylpropanolamine.
