IRQ2003092501 - BAGHDAD, IRAQ, SEPTEMBER 25 (UPI) -- A wolf like German Shepherd lies dead outside a closed Mukhabarat prison on September 24, 2003 in Baghdad, Iraq. Guards at the prison said it was raised to attack and even eat human flesh, and was killed after the prison was liberated. The Mukhabarat were Saddam Hussein's secret intelligence service and were known for their brutality. Michael Kleinfeld UPI
