Geoff S. Morrell (born November 1968) is a former reporter for the American Broadcasting Corporation, who was hired as a spokesman for the Pentagon in June 2007.

Morrell earned a bachelor's degree in 1991 from Georgetown University and earned a master's degree in journalism in 1992 from Columbia University.

Morrell began his reporting career in 1992 at KATV-TV in Little Rock, Arkansas, covering the presidential campaign of Bill Clinton. In 1994, he took a job as a reporter at WSET-TV in Roanoke, Virginia, and in 1995, Morrell joined KSAZ-TV in Phoenix as a TV news reporter. In 1996, Morrell joined WBBM-TV in Chicago in the same capacity.
