LONDON, Aug. 22 (UPI) -- Former rock star and convicted child abuser Gary Glitter was taken from Heathrow Airport to a secret location after arriving Friday in Britain, sources say.

BANGKOK, Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Former rocker Gary Glitter claimed he was having a heart attack while at the Bangkok airport and refused to board a flight to Britain, the BBC reports.
