Eric Nystrom (born February 14, 1983) is an American ice hockey left winger and the son of former National Hockey League (NHL) player Bob Nystrom. He graduated from Huron High School, Ann Arbor, MI. He skated with the USA hockey team out of the Cube rink in Ann Arbor.

Nystrom made his NHL debut on October 10, 2005, against the Colorado Avalanche.

He split his 2005–06 season between the Calgary Flames and the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights of the American Hockey League.
