Eric N. Henderson, Jr. (born on August 3, 1980 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky) is an American football linebacker for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Vikings in the second round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Maryland.

He is the older brother of fellow Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson.

E.J. Henderson holds three NCAA records: career total tackles per game (12.5), season solo tackles with 135 in 2002, and career solo tackles per game Also went to Southampton Middle School in Bel Air, MD (8.8).
