MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D., July 25 (UPI) -- Three U.S. Air Force officers fell asleep while in control of a component with old nuclear missile launch codes, violating procedure, military officials said.

COLORADO SPRINGS, March 5 (UPI) -- Air Force investigators will return to Colorado next week after complaints that their investigation of alleged rapes at the Air Force Academy failed to include civilian rape counselors or enough victims.
