WASHINGTON, July 25 (UPI) -- U.S. regulators approved a merger Friday night between XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio.
WASHINGTON, July 24 (UPI) -- Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. may get a green light on their merger if they pay about $20 million in fines, sources said.
