David Raymond Miller (born December 26, 1958 in San Francisco, California) is a Canadian politician. He is the Mayor of Toronto, having been elected to the position in 2003 and re-elected in 2006 for a four-year term. Miller is the 63rd mayor of Toronto, and the second of the merged city. He entered politics as a member of the New Democratic Party, but was elected mayor and has governed without any formal party affiliation.

On September 25, 2009 Miller announced that for family reasons, he will not seek a third term as mayor in the 2010 election.
