David Legwand (born August 17, 1980) is an American professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League (NHL). He attended Grosse Pointe North High School.

During the NHL 2004–05 lockout season, Legwand played for the Swiss team EHC Basel.

Legwand currently holds several franchise records for the Predators, including most goals, assists and points.
