David Friedman, (born June 10, 1973, in Los Angeles, California, U.S.), is an American film and TV actor and child star of the 1980s.

In a professional career that spanned little more than 4 years and ended before reaching puberty, Friedman established a body of work equal to that of life-long actors.

Friedman is best known for his role as Jason Carter in the Michael Landon TV series Little House on the Prairie.
