Sir Charles Stewart Scott was a British diplomat.

Scott was educated at Cheltenham College. Between 1881 and 1888, he served as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Swiss Confederation and between 1898 and 1904, he was British ambassador to Imperial Russia.
