Brian Mullan (born April 23, 1978 in Mineola, New York) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Houston Dynamo in Major League Soccer.

Mullan played his college soccer at Creighton University from 1997 to 2000, where he was named a second team All-American as a senior. While at Creighton, Brian played with current Houston Dynamo teammate Richard Mulrooney. He also played for the Wisconsin Rebels and Colorado Comets, both in the Premier Development League during college, but the years are unknown.
