Brandon Webb of the Arizona Diamondbacks was honored at the Baseball America's Awards Gala, December 13, 2003 with the Rookie of the Year Award. The event was held at the New Orleans Hilton Riverside Hotel. Webb stabilized a Diamondbacks rotation that was decimated by injuries early in the year and ended up with sixth-best ERA in baseball.
