SPRING LAKE, N.J., Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Thousands of HBO viewers who met over the Internet have begun a campaign to bring the U.S. series "John From Cincinnati" back for a second season.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 21 (UPI) -- Hollywood actors Winona Ryder and Mickey Rourke have signed on to star in the film adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis' short-story collection "The Informers."

HOLLYWOOD, May 7 (UPI) -- Young Hollywood may be expected to spend Friday nights at cool parties, but Jake Gyllenhaal and Austin Nichols were spotted at a bookstore, TMZ.com reported.

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- "Wimbledon" actor Austin Nichols has joined the HBO production of "John from Cincinnati Meets the Surfing Yosts," taking on the U.S. series' title role.
