SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y., March 15 (UPI) -- Jockeys Randy Romero, Jose Santos and Alex Solis are among 13 people and horses nominated to the National Museum of Racing's Hall of Fame in New York. Romero won purses totaling more than $75 million in his 26-year career.
