Alejandro Moreno (born July 8, 1979 in Barquisimeto) is a Venezuelan footballer. He currently plays for Chivas USA in Major League Soccer.

Moreno moved to Texas, United States from his native Venezuela as a youth and played four years of college soccer at UNC Greensboro. He finished his career there fourth on the team's all-time scoring lists, with 65 goals and 25 assists, and having been named first team NSCAA All-South all four years with the team.
