What is RSS?

UPI provides RSS 2.0 feeds for your personal use. RSS (Real Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format that lets you use news readers to view news feeds from many different sources. UPI RSS feeds contain article headlines, summaries and links to the article on the UPI Web site. The RSS feeds are updated every 5 minutes.

You can use UPI RSS feeds two ways:

  1. By viewing the RSS feeds using a news reader.
  2. By incorporating the RSS feed into your own Web site.*
