Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) said it cut its flying capacity by 8.3 percent in October, as traffic fell by 6.5 percent compared to October 2008.
However, the news failed to cheer the stock markets, as the Delta Air Lines Inc. (DAL) stock continued to trade with thin volumes below its 50 days and 200 days MA.
With capacity falling faster than traffic, Delta Air Lines Inc. (DAL) planes were occupied higher by 1.6%, at 84.2 percent of capacity.
