PAR Technology operates two business segments: hospitality and government. Co.'s main subsidiary and core business is ParTech, Inc., a provider of management technology applications, including hardware, software and traditional services to businesses in the hospitality and specialty retail industries. Co. also provides technical services in the development of technology systems for the Department of Defense and other Governmental agencies. Additionally, Co. provides information technology and communications support services to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.
