International Speedway is engaged as a promoter of motorsports entertainment activities. As of Nov 30 2006, Co. owned and/or operated 11 U.S. motorsports entertainment facilities as follows: Daytona International Speedway; Talladega Superspeedway; Michigan International Speedway; Richmond International Raceway; California Speedway; Kansas Speedway; Phoenix International Raceway; Homestead-Miami Speedway; Martinsville Speedway; Darlington Raceway and Watkins Glen International. In addition, Raceway Associates, LLC, in which Co. holds a 37.5% equity interest, owns and operates two motorsports facilities in Illinois: Chicagoland Speedway; and Route 66 Raceway.
