NAV2003040308 - Nasiriyah, Iraq, March 31 (UPI) -- A local girl waits patiently with her mother for food to be distributed in Nasiriyah, Iraq, on March 31, 2003. Marines from 4th Civil Affairs Group handed out food to over 1,000 local Iraqis and Sailors provided medical aid to over 50 Iraqis.
