George Voinovich (pictured here in a file photo with Senator Bob Dole) and federal officials last October led to a $1,500 fine against the governor. Voinovich was fined for ordering his plane .to take-off from a Columbus airport Oct 20 last year, despite an order grounding all flights during a visit by President Clinton in that area that day.
