DEAD WHALE SHARK FOUND NEAR THE BEACHES IN SOUTH FLORIDA

A carcass of a whale shark which floats in the water approximately one mile offshore from Pompano Beach, Florida on June 10, 2006.The cause of death of the shark was not readily apparent.
