Hurricane Bertha changes course, slowing moving toward American east coast

On July 16, 2008, the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Bertha made a loop in the central Atlantic Ocean is moving slowly east at 3 mph, 380 miles northeast of Bermuda.
