COLLEGIATE SOCCER PLAYERS OF THE YEAR

Christine Sinclair from the University of Portland and Jason Garey from University of Maryland proudly display the Hermann Trophy after receiving it for being named the male and female collegiate soccer players of the year, at the Missouri Atheltic Club in St. Louis on January 6, 2006. Sinclair, who won the trophy for the second consecutive year, led her team to an undefeated season, ending with a NCAA title. Garey helped lead Maryland to it's first NCAA Championship since 1968.
