Jose Medellin to be executed in Texas

Medellin, 33, was one of six teenagers arrested and charged for the 1993 rape-strangulation of two teenage Houston girls. Tonight's scheduled execution has attracted international attention despite an international court's ruling saying he should be entitled to additional legal reviews because he is a Mexican citizen.
