Hitler papers to go on display
LAP99062803 - 28 JUNE 1999 - LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA: General George S. Patton Jr., right presents Huntington Trustee Chairman Robert A. Millikan the packet contaning the original copies of the Nuremberg Laws June 11, 1945. The Nazi-era Nuremberg Laws, which were a critical step in initiating the Holocaust and are signed by Adolf Hitler, will go on display to the public, June 29 at the Skirball Cultural Center, a private museum in Los Angeles, as a permanent loan from the Huntington Library in Pasadena, Ca., where the paper's have been secretly kept since 1945. The package is marked with the wax seals of Germany's Third Reich.
