SENATE COMMITTEE EXAMINES EXCHANGE RATE

Treasury Secretary John Snow appears before the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee to discuss the international exchange rate during a hearing on October 30, 2003 on Capitol Hill in Washington.
