Special agents Christopher Lorek, 41, and Stephen Shaw, 40, died Friday during a hostage rescue exercise off the coast of Virginia, the Washington Post reported Sunday.

Both men were part of the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team based out of Quantico, Va. According to a Navy rep, the accident occurred aboard the Navy's Military Sealift Command ship, which the FBI had leased for the training.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller issued a statement in response to their deaths:

We mourn the loss of two brave and courageous men. Like all who serve on the Hostage Rescue Team, they accept the highest risk each and every day, when training and on operational missions, to keep our nation safe. Our hearts are with their wives, children, and other loved ones who feel their loss most deeply. And they will always be part of the FBI family.

The Norfolk Medial Examiner's Office told WAVY-TV that there would be no details about the agents' cause of death until Monday.

Lorek is survived by a wife and two daughters. Shaw is survived by his wife, daughter and son.

The "Saturday Night Live" audience went wild this weekend when "Weekend Update" host Seth Meyers introduced once last edition of "Really?!? With Seth and Amy," co-hosted by his old "SNL" partner, Amy Poehler.

Meyers will soon be leaving his post as head writer for "SNL" to replace Jimmy Fallon as the host of NBC's "Late Night" franchise.

Meyer and Poehler used their popular segment to target the IRS, currently mired in controversy over a report that the agency targeted conservative groups.

“I mean really, the government only keeps you around to make the DMV look good,” Poehler said.

After Robert Griffin III's gift registry list at Bed Bath & Beyond leaked online, Washington Redskins fans sent their star quarterback an impressive collection of wedding gifts.

RGII, who will marry fellow Baylor University grad Rebecca Liddicoat on July 6, took to Twitter Sunday to thank his fans.

Griffin also responded to critics who wondered why the successful football star -- drafted to the NFL on a four year, $21 million contract -- needed anyone to buy gifts for him.

Gwyneth Paltrow advocated for a dairy and gluten-free diet in her latest cookbook, "It's All Good," which some critics called overly restrictive. But the 40-year-old health-conscience actress told the very first issue of Beach magazine that her father's cancer diagnosis prompted her to think about healthier foods.

"I began to consider the effects of food when my father was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1998," told the magazine (via E! Online). "I started to research anti-cancer diets in hopes that he would try to hit it from all angles."

Bruce Paltrow, an American film director and Gwyneth's father, died in 2002 at the age of 58 after a battle with oral cancer.

"It's about being mindful about what you are putting in," Paltrow added. "Good whole foods are the way we have eaten for generations. It's amazing how good you feel when you just cut out the processed stuff."

'Every single nutritionist, doctor and health-conscious person I have ever come across . . . seems to concur that [gluten] is tough on the system and many of us are at best intolerant of it and at worst allergic to it,'' Paltrow wrote in her cookbook.

She said that her husband, Chris Martin, and two children follow the diet as well.

"Sometimes when my family is not eating pasta, bread or processed grains like white rice, we're left with that specific hunger that comes with avoiding carbs," Paltrow said.

Beach magazine hits stands May 23.

Police have charged William C. Lewis with aggravated assault and public intoxication after the 19-year-old allegedly hit the lead singer of the Toots & the Maytals with a glass bottle during a concert, the Richmond Times Dispatch reported Sunday.

Reggae singer Frederick "Toots" Hibbert was performing with his band at the Dominion Riverrock festival in Richmond, Va., on Saturday when the vodka bottle hit his head. According to WTVR, Hibbert received eight to 10 stitches on his head but had left the hospital.

"Blood was flowing heavily from his head," a concert worker told the Times Dispatch.

"He was in good spirits and was very appreciative of Richmond," the festival manager said of driving Hibbert to the hospital. "He said he wanted to come back, and he understood this was just one bad apple, basically."

Jack Berry, executive director of the company that produced the three-day music festival, said that the company would look into whether security producers could be improved.

The Toots & the Maytals called for any information about the incident via their Facebook page and Twitter feed:

PLEASE HELP TOOTS

Chris Brown's attorney Mark Geragos said his office had received multiple phone calls from people threatening the singer's life, TMZ reported Sunday.

Sources told the gossip site that Los Angeles authorities are investigating death threats, though its unclear whether the callers said anything more specific.

Geragos represented Brown in the aftermath of his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. In April, he told Extra that the 24-year-old singer has learned from his mistakes.

I’ve known him, obviously, since he first came to me over the whole Rihanna case. I’ve watched him over the past four years. I’ve talked to Rihanna, and she has seen, as I have seen, a monumental change in him.

Brown is scheduled to perform at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards.

Dwyane Wade made prom a night to remember for Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School senior Nicole Muxo when he surprised her at the event with flowers and a single dance, WSVN in Miami reported Saturday.

Muxo had invited the 31-year-old Miami Heat guard to the dance with a modest YouTube video, in which she said:

Hey Dwyane Wade, my name is Nicole and my senior prom is coming up.

I have everything set up for a perfect night except for one thing: a perfect date. So since you’re my favorite basketball player, I was wondering: Will you go to prom with me?

Wade told the Miami Herald that he thought he'd be too busy to attend the dance, but changed his mind at the last minute when he saw a break in his schedule.

"I said, 'I won’t be doing nothing tomorrow night and I can go and make this a memorable moment for her,'" he said.

“I’m going to remember it forever,” Muxo said of her surprise date. “This was the highlight of my senior year.”

Wade took to Twitter to spout a few words of encouragement for any teens looking for famous prom dates.

"Never be 2 scared to ask," Wade tweeted, along with the hashtag, "#dreamsdocometrue."

Kanye West debuted his new song, "New Slaves," by projecting a video onto 66 buildings around the world Friday night, just a day before the 35-year-old singer performed on "Saturday Night Live."

West posted the locations of the video projects to his website, and promoted the unusual premiere project earlier Friday night on Twitter:

"New Slaves" tackles racism and materialism, according to Rolling Stone. "I know that we're the new slaves/I see the blood on the leaves," he says in the chorus.

Yeezy's next album is rumored to drop June 18th, a date that he mysteriously tweeted and then deleted to his sparingly used Twitter feed.

West's last album, the critically acclaimed, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy," came out in 2010.

Milwaukee has lifted a ban on the bras that have adorned a historic bar for nearly 50 years.

Holler House Tavern was decorated with hundreds of bras left by female patrons for nearly half a century, until a Milwaukee, Wisc., city inspector decided that the sartorial decor constituted a fire hazard.

"We've had bras hanging here for 45 years. It's been a charm of the place," Holler House Tavern owner Marcy Skowronski, 87, told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Thursday.

"So here comes this gal, and she's walking in here like Lady Astor's pet horse, you know, and she says she wants those bras down because they're a fire hazard. Now how can a bra be a fire hazard unless someone is wearing it? Honest to God."

According to WTMJ, Skowronski complied with the city inspector's demands and piled the bar's bra collection into a corner. But she also called her local alderman, Bob Donovan, who alerted the media and contacted the Department of Neighborhood Services.

The city agreed to overturn the bra ban, which means Skowronski will get to re-hang the bras that hundreds of women have left there over the years.

"We all got bombed, all these girls. And we just decided to take our bras off and hang them up," she said of one night in the 1960s, when the tradition started.

After a flurry of rumors surrounding Beyonce's womb, Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that the "Baby Boi" singer is expecting a second child.

Beyonce spoke earlier this month about expanding her family so that baby Blue Ivy could be a big sister and have company.

After she was forced to cancel a show in Antwerp the rumors intensified, despite doctors pointing to "dehydration and exhaustion." Her dress at the Met Gala camouflaged her stomach well enough to quiet some rumors and spark some more.

Jay-Z and Beyonce have been tight-lipped about the pregnancy, but multiple sources have confirmed to E! that the new baby is already on the way.
