YANGMINGSHAN NATIONAL PARK, Taiwan, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Seán McCormack runs an animal welfare organization in Taiwan known as the Sanctuary, which has rescued and found homes for countless animals.

Although Taiwan's countryside is beautiful, according to Seán it is also littered with traps that maim and kill stray animals.
