During the opening ceremony Feb. 7, viewers noticed there was a bit of a problem with five giant snowflakes suspended from the top of the arena. The snowflakes were supposed to open up to create the iconic five Olympic rings, but one failed to deploy.
Olympic ceremony director Konstantin Ernst was spotted before Sunday night's event with a T-shirt hinting at what was the come at the closing ceremony.
