Justin Bieber's behavior to be evaluated in deposition

The judge is obviously not a "Belieber."

MIAMI, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Justin Bieber's deposition in Florida is going to concern a 2013 incident where Bieber allegedly sicced his bodyguard on a paparazzo.

In June 2013, Bieber allegedly ordered his bodyguards to attack photographer Jeffrey Binion and steal his memory card. A Florida judge also blocked a request from his lawyers that Binion's lawyers not be able to question Bieber's bodyguards around the world.

Bieber has been in the headlines for many incidents of bad behavior lately after drag racing, being photographed with prostitutes, and egging a neighbor's house. These incidents has even led to a petition on the White House website to deport Bieber back to his home country of Canada. No date for the Florida deposition has been set, but he is expected to be present in a Canadian court March 10.
