LONDON, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Cara Delevingne -- whose wacky fondness for onesies, unabashedly full eyebrows and sizable Instagram following made her a British "it girl" last year -- debuted her first collection of bags for Mulberry during London Fashion Week on Sunday.

"Cara is internationally renowned for her unique style," Mulberry said in a release. "She is much loved for her quirky spirit and 'joie de vivre' and is a leading light of the fashion and entertainment worlds. To Mulberry she epitomizes the brand values of British heritage combined with London cool. Cara and Mulberry have worked together to create a collection of bags."

The Cara Delevingne Collection includes three bags in different sizes and colors -- green, gray and camouflage. A special-edition bag features lion-shaped studs, inspired by her own lion tattoo.

"I want there to be hidden gems inside, based on things that are personal to me, which my tattoos definitely are," she said.

"I hate that thing where celebrities just slap their names on any old thing," told the Telegraph at the Claridges Hotel unveiling of her new bag line. "I don't ever want to do anything I don't have a connection with. Mulberry was the first bag I was ever given. Before that it was always fabric bags from India. I loved that bag and wore it to death."

"I was quite strong about what I wanted -- something practical for the modern-day woman -- or man,” she told WWD.

Delevingne and Mulberry shared photos from the event on their Instagram pages.
